Holiday cheer and the grocery store

Christmas is coming.  I’ve got to be honest, after 20 in the retail jewelry business I’m not a big fan of the holidays.  Imagine a month straight of nothing but Christmas songs and angry customers yelling because a snow storm closed the FedEx hub for your area.  It’s enough to turn anyone off.  

Fast forward a few years and a couple of kids and you start to feel the joy again when your 5 yr old sees Santa at the grocery store.  And the man in question, without missing a beat, says yes he is Santa & how do you think he finds out which children are being good and which are being bad?  He goes to the grocery store!

It actually helped me regain some holiday spirit.  So, Thank you mystery Santa for making my 5 yr old happy and allowing me to feel a little holiday cheer.  Especially this year!
