FAQ's and Policies


My first concern is your happiness.  If for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase please contact me within fourteen days of receiving your piece so we may find a solution.  If you would like to return your piece for a full refund (within the two-week period), I will provide a shipping label (via USPS) so you may return your selection. Once I have received the item, in good condition, I will then refund your payment in full.


All orders are shipped within three days unless otherwise noted. The standard shipping method is priority via USPS, signature required. Packages usually arrive within two to three days. If this method will not work for you, please contact me prior to placing your order so we may discuss other options. Overnight shipping or shipping through another carrier can be provided, but may incur an additional shipping charge.


The length/size for all items is listed. If you would like a particular piece in a different size please email me. I can size any item as requested, but I will need about a week to fulfill the request. If a piece is not sizable, a notation will be made in the description. If you are not sure of your ring size, email me and I will send you a ring sizer.

Custom orders:

If you are interested in having something custom made, feel free to email me with your ideas. Once the design is approved, I will require a deposit of half the total fee to start. The time frame for a custom design is typically 3-6 weeks. Once we finalize all the design plans, I can give you a better estimate for completion.
