Every time I scroll through my pictures I always stop at this one.  Why?  These three pieces are among my favorite.  The turquoise in this ring is just beautiful.  The necklace, well it's a pearl, what else needs to be said.  The earrings with their movement and the soft lilac color of the druzy just feel calm and relaxing. I know, I know.  I've posted about this before.  I can't help it.  I think people under estimate the versatility of pearls. These amazing gems pick up so many colors, blend with so many things.  It's hard not to love them.  Unfortunately, for most people the notion of "Grandmother's pearls" is still stuck in their heads. It has been a day. I know every one is saying the same thing this time of year, but seriously!  I need to see the sun!  We've been fortunate that the temps where I live have been pretty mild all winter, so I shouldn't complain too much, but I am!  The trade off has been rain.  Lots and lots of rain.   I will have to content myself looking at the cool blues in these blue zircon earrings and necklace from my new Closed Hourglass Collection.
