My favorite jewelry to travel with.
Who else gets the itch to travel this time of year?! To get my fix after quarantine is over, my family and I are planning several trips. Two trips are to see family (one of which lives by the beach, so win/win!) and the others are weekend trips that my son is dying to take. And when it comes to travel my jewelry has to be versatile. What I like best are simple earrings like these keshi pearl studs and a necklace that goes with everything like this coin pearl necklace! Hope you find some good places to travel to!...

What is your favorite piece of jewelry to wear? I like earrings... A LOT! I love when I find that perfect pair that I can put on first thing in the morning and it just makes me feel a little special. The feeling as they move with me, if they make noise as I move my head, or the way they sit just right...like these stud earrings from my Closed Hourglass Collection.Jewelry, as with all art, has the ability to bring joy to our lives, even if it's in the tiniest of ways! Just thought I'd take a minute to show a bit of what it takes to get the pictures you see in my posts. I love making jewelry, but I have discovered it's also fun to take pictures of jewelry. Right now I am favoring fresh cut flowers as props (just check this post and this post aaaand this one too!). I love flowers (obviously) and I love finding flowers that compliment my work. I'm really loving this ring with these earrings.
I'm not a matchy-matchy person so this is about as close as I get. The turquoise in this ring and these earrings are all from the Number 8 mine in Arizona and they are gorgeous. They have the lighter blue with a wonderful golden matrix that I could look at for hours. Talk to you soon, Nikki P.S.
