Bring a Little Simple Luxury into Your Busy Day

I find that when my days are turning into a real grind finding that one bit of simple luxury helps my mental state so much.  For me creating art is a simple luxury that helps me so much when everything feels so gray.  I also find that wearing that art everyday does the same thing.  It is a balm for my raw soul.
