Easy, Elegant Earrings to Make That Rare Lunch Date Feel Special.

I came home from taking the kids to school this morning and discovered that my husband had made lunch reservations for us.  Just us.  No kids.  No work phones (keepin’ my fingers crossed on this one).  My first thought?  Oooh, I get to wear something besides a sweatshirt!!  

I normally stay away from the temptation of wearing sweatpants all day, but I do get in a rut of wearing the same 3 sweatshirts.  All.  The.  Time.  So the idea of a day that I can spruce up a bit and get out to do something special with someone special is quite exciting.  My plan?  A nice sweater, jeans and some really cool earrings like these earrings from my Open Hourglass Collection.
